If a product provided by Holy Mary Religious Shop does not match its description, your only option is to return it in unused condition.
Prices and Payments
- 3.1 All prices displayed on our online store are in [US$] and tax is not included.
If the correct price of an item is higher than the price we have listed, we reserve the right to either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and inform you of the cancellation. For items sold by Holy Mary Religious Shop, we do not charge your credit card until your order is processed for shipping.

- 3.3 Payment will be made at the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer.
Shipping and Delivery
- 4.1 Products will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product.
- 4.2 Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- 4.3 Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
- 4.4 We make every effort to deliver products within the timeframe indicated in the product description. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider.
- 4.5 The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned to our store due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
- 4.6 If the package is lost during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we cannot locate the package, we will provide a full refund to the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
- 5.1 If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.
Note: Jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective (see Section 5.4).
